About Me

My interest in voice-over began after returning from a night out with friends in college. Riding the energy of the night, we decided it would be the most fun thing we’d ever done if we read books to each other. We each grabbed a book, sat in a circle and read a chapter each in a circle. My friends had a fun night; my life had changed. It was exhilarating to explore characters and share a world with others. I thought about that for a long time afterwards. I’m a little ashamed that it took me a few years to have an epiphany; people do this for a living. That realization planted a seed. Pure fascination and excitement at the possibility of sharing the joy of discovering something new and bringing people’s words, feelings and hopes to life. I immediately started researching. How do you record? How do you create a recording room? How do you edit audio? How do you find the people who have something to share?

In 2022, I started recording audiobooks and began gaining experience in other areas, including e-learning programs for non-English speakers, commercials and character work. I’m excited every time a new opportunity presents itself to share the works of others and help them take on a new form that can reach more people.
